Services

Axis Events provides event planning, management, and execution services for corporate, social, and entertainment events. Our services are tailored to meet client requirements and are subject to availability and feasibility.

Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment as agreed in the proposal. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may affect event planning and execution. Additional costs incurred during the event (such as last-minute changes, overtime, or extra services) must be settled immediately post-event.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer rescheduling options where possible.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate event details and ensure timely approvals to avoid disruptions. Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits, venue bookings, and third-party approvals unless included in our services. Any damages to event property or equipment due to client negligence will be chargeable.

Liability & Disclaimer

Axis Events is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances such as vendor delays, technical failures, or external disruptions beyond our control. We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or any losses incurred during the event. Axis Events reserves the right to make adjustments to the event plan due to practical or safety concerns.

Intellectual Property

Any creative materials, branding, designs, or concepts developed by Axis Events remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our event concepts or materials is    strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information and event details will be handled with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
