The GPCA 18th Annual Forum, a prestigious event that brought together petrochemical leaders from across the globe and Ministers from different Middle eastern region, was held at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC) in Muscat. Spanning four days, this high-profile forum required a detailed setup, with a four-day lead time at the venue.
Our team was responsible for building 32 out of the 52 customized booths at the event. With our expertise in booth construction, we ensured every detail was executed to perfection, leaving our client thoroughly delighted.

One of the key highlights of the project involved building 11 booths with rigging points, which required special attention to ensure both structural integrity and safety. We followed all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations meticulously to safeguard the attendees. Additionally, our on-site support staff were readily available to address any immediate concerns and provide quick solutions, ensuring a smooth event experience for all.
